Welcome to my “ne plus ultra” – the state of being without a flaw or defect, my dream world. Technically, this isn’t my dream world but, you get my drift, don’t you? This is, my “escape from F@#$in’ reality”. What a relief. I finally made an intro… which totally sucked. First off, I’d like to say that female-fronted bands are so underrated. I just don’t get why they don’t have as much of a fan-base as any regular band that’s pretty much likely all male. Eitherway, I’ve been doing a lot of researching and exploring on the female-fronted bands of Japan and well, you won’t believe how many there are. I’ve found a total of 139 female-fronted Jrock and Vkei bands all together. Now tell me if that isn’t terrible, because it is. I say it is because most of them have gone unheard and not a lot of people know about them. Sure, I listen to just about all the rock music of Japan, Korea, China, Taiwanese, basically, all of East. I know there is still more but, 139, come on now. There are so many jrock and Vkei bands out there “full-fledged male”. That being said, this is Amami Junichiro’s world, my world of music and bunch of other stuff. You ask me my name… you can call me Masato-san… yes, Amami-Masato. My English name, Vernon Robinson, but, I don’t care what you call me, as long as it’s friendly. ABOUT ME I’m not giving off a full biography of myself, which is what I normally always end up doing but, I like Japanese/Korean/Chinese Rock and Visual Kei. American music sucks completely, so out-of-date, nothing totally new, and well, they are all beginning to start sounding like a bunch of rap and hip hop…I so hate both genres. There is no singing, just a bunch of words, and it’s all negative. GAH!! My favorite foods? Well, I like a lot of pasta, I like Spaghetti with parmesian cheese and meatballs and yes, the meat sauce too, hehe… I LOVE pizza, sausage/meat lovers pizza is my ultimate fav. Ramen… oh dear, Ramen. Right now, Neoguri is my spicy hot fav. I love low mein of any kind and fried baby shrimp. I crave fastfood and love the heck out of fries. Steak is one of my all time favs, especially Philly Steak. I grew up off of eating home cooked meals, especially China cooked french fries, and fish. Chicken of course, is a normal food product, everybody eats it. I like sushi, sushi is good, and…POCKY!!!!! An Otaku’s favorite. No need to explain anything about vegetables, especially corn, I like corn but, I’m not a big vegetable eater… the green vegetables, that is, but I have gotten into eating broccoli, and not so much to collard greens, bleh! I just don’t like the taste of them. I’m the sugar kind of guy. I put sugar in my cereal, whatever kind of cereal, spaghetti, baked beans, or what people call them, “pork&beans”. I put sugar in a number of foods but not all the time, it’s the main entry for pasta. XDD I draw my own anime characters, as you can see in My Artistic Work, in the photos section, you know where to go, don’t be stupid now. Of course, I love anime, but lately, I haven’t been able to keep up with much of it, though I have been keeping up with all the asian cinema. My favorite movies, thus far, in asian cinema are The Restless, Shadowless Sword, APT, Whispering Corridors, Isabella, Daisy, Kitaro, Ultimate Versus, Invisible Target, Dragonball Ultimate Edition “Cantonese/Taiwanese”, Yo Yo Girl Cop, The Host, SPL Killzone, Flashpoint, Dragon Tiger Gate, Zu Warriors, So Close, Shaolin Soccer, Ichi the Killer, Volcano High, and there’s a whole lot more. I have 2 older sisters, a brother, and 2 younger sisters. There were 7 of us but, one of them died, and yet, when I was born. I was the fourth child in this world which makes me the middle child. Every time someone asks me about this and I tell them, they always bring up, “The Jacksons”. I don’t mind them doing that especially when they end up calling me out as one of them, especially the King of Pop. I guess it’s because my hair is in an afro and it’s lengthy and my facial features. I write screenplays, stories, poems, and well… I just write because that’s what I love to do. I play video games… the game I play right now is, Mana-Khemia, it’s truly a fun game to play, and it will keep you occupied for hours, and ultimately love computers. I wouldn’t literally call myself and internet junkie but, I love going onto the internet 24 hours, just about every single day. It’s an addiction, and because I’m so alone over here, where I live, and that is, with one of my sister’s and I’m always by myself with no one to communicate with or even talk to or make friends so, that’s why I’m always so hype about the internet. All of my friends and “family” are here. Oh yeah, almost forgot. I read a lot. I have less amount of mangas. Devil May Cry, Vol. 1, Dragon Hunter, King of Hell, Kami Kaze, and the manga that I’m reading now is, the new Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, manga that was just released months ago, this year. It’s hilarious. My favorite j/k/crock and vkei bands…?? There is quite a huge selection of bands that I love to listen to… oh and did I mention jpop? I totally forgot about the Nippop.
